Refunds & Returns

  • A request must be made to Tudor Uniforms for the return of Goods.
  • Goods will only accepted as a return if they are not soiled, damaged or appear to have been worn. We reserve the right to determine whether the goods acceptable as a return.
  • Goods will only be accepted as a return if the claim is made within 14 days of receipt of gods by the customer.
  • The value of refund will not include any freight costs (both inwards and outwards).
  • Defective stock demonstrating a minor or major problem resulting from faulty materials or poor workmanship will be refunded or replaced.
  • If a replacement uniform item cannot be offered where an item has been deemed defective as a result of faulty materials or poor workmanship a credit note or full refund will be issued. Proof of purchase (receipt) must be presented for cash/credit card refunds.
  • Special make items cannot be returned for credit or exchange
  • Outdated items are also excluded for credit or exchange.
